Mr. Brown serves as Chairman and CEO and has been a board member of Web.com since August 1999. He was named President of the Company in August 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in August 2000. Mr. Brown founded Atlantic Teleservices, a technology services company, in 1997 and from 1997 until its acquisition by Web.com in August 1999, served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brown has held numerous senior management positions including posts at Carlyle International, Riggs National Bank, Florida National Bank and Barnett Bank. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. in General Studies from Harvard. Mr. Brown currently serves on the boards of the University of North Florida Foundation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Jacksonville Branch.
Timothy P. Cost has served as a member of our Board of Directors since December 2014. He is a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Cost is President of Jacksonville University, an independent, coeducational university located in Jacksonville, Florida with more than 4,000 students. Prior to this role, he was Executive Vice President at PepsiCo. Mr. Cost has 32 years of senior executive experience at many of the world’s top companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Kodak, ARAMARK, Wyeth/Pfizer, Centocor/Johnson & Johnson, and Pharmacia. He holds an undergraduate degree from Jacksonville University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Hugh M. Durden has served as a member of our Board of Directors since January 2006. He is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Durden has been chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Alfred I. duPont Testamentary Trust since 2005. From 1997 through 2004, Mr. Durden served as the representative of the corporate trustee of the Trust. Prior to joining the Trust, Mr. Durden was an executive with the Wachovia Corporation, serving as president of Wachovia Corporate Services from 1994 to 2000. He holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from the Freeman Graduate School of Business at Tulane University.
Philip J. Facchina has served as a member of our Board of Directors since November 2010. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Facchina is a Partner with Ramsey Asset Management (RAM), a long/short equity hedge fund where he also serves as Co-Portfolio Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining RAM in 2008, Mr. Facchina spent approximately 10 years with FBR Capital Markets, serving principally as Senior Managing Director and Group Head of Technology, Media & Telecom and Healthcare groups within FBR's Investment Banking Unit, subsequently serving as Head of Financial Sponsors. Before joining FBR, Mr. Facchina served variously as President, Executive VP and CFO of both public and private technology companies. Mr. Facchina currently serves as an advisor to Johanna Foods, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Giuliani has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 2015. He is a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Giuliani most recently served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Conversant, a personalized digital marketing platform, which was sold to AllianceData in December 2014. Mr. Giuliani joined Conversant after the acquisition of Dotomi, a dynamic display ad optimization company, where he had served as Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Dotomi, Mr. Giuliani founded Rainmaker Consulting Group Inc., which specialized in strategic sales and marketing consulting for marketing services firms. Mr. Giuliani is also a member of the Board of Directors for Bluestem Brands, Inc. Mr. Giuliani has served on Boards of Q Interactive, SuperMarkets Online, Affinova, Claria, Imagitas, and El Dorado Marketing. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from the University of Illinois.
Timothy I. Maudlin has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2002 and was appointed Lead Director in January 2007. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Maudlin is a member of the board of directors of Newegg, Inc., a privately-held ecommerce company, and he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Maudlin joined the board of directors of Exact Target Inc. in 2008 and served as Lead Director; Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of this NYSE-listed company prior to its acquisition by Salesforce.com in 2013. Mr. Maudlin is a certified public accountant and holds a BA from St. Olaf College and a M.M. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Robert S. McCoy has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2006. He is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. McCoy retired in September 2003 as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Wachovia Corporation, a diversified financial services company, where he had been a senior executive officer since 1991. Mr. McCoy is a director of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. and is currently the Chairman of its Audit Committee and a member of its Governance Committee. He is a certified public accountant and was a partner in PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 1974-1984. Mr. McCoy holds a BBA from Western Michigan University with an Accounting Major.

A prolific angel investor, Deborah holds over 25 investments in disruptive technology companies. Previously she co-founded GSV Advisors, a boutique advisory firm focused on learning and human capital technology companies. She also co-founded the annual ASU GSV Summit. This event, now in its 8th year, with over 3,500 in attendance, celebrates innovations and innovators across the global education and human capital landscape.
She previously co-founded ThinkEquity Partners, a boutique technology focused investment bank, which was acquired in 2007 by a UK firm. She was previously a Managing Director in Investment Banking and head of the Global Growth Group at Merrill Lynch & Co.
Deborah currently serves on the board of Degreed, Lightneer, and Web.com (NASDAQ: WWWW) and is a board observer of Raise and CreativeLive. She is a member of the boards of The Chicago Public Education Fund, The Common Ground Foundation, KIPP: Chicago, Marwen, National Louis University, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, and The Board of Dean’s Advisors at Harvard Business School and Remind. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Illinois Business Immigration Coalition. She previously served on the board of a number of education organizations including the Chicago Board of Education, America’s Promise Alliance, Teach for America Chicago, and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship Chicago. Deborah graduated cum laude with a BA in history from Princeton University in 1982 and an MBA from Harvard University 1987.
